The service is beyond poor. This is the most unprofessional business that I have ever worked with. They consistently do not call or show and do not value their customers. Please DO NOT use this service.
The first time they came out to clean they did an amazing job. I was looking forward to keeping them as my go to routine house cleaning company. Things got busy and when I tried to reschedule, there was an explainable reason why they could not come. The second time I rescheduled with them, they did not call and did not show. They did a great job on my mom's place.
I appreciated the job this company did cleaning the first time they came to clean. The price was reasonable and the quality of work was very good. However they have cancelled and rescheduled the first and second visit multiple times. Then they stopped responding to my text messages. This is not a reliable cleaning service.
I contracted a standard clean and what they did was beyond what most would do for a deep clean.
