He stays on top of things in detail and will guide you step by step especially if you're a first time renter, buyer, etc. If you forget certain details in the buying process, he'll remind you. Rick is an extremely professional and talented realtor. He consistently keeps his clientele needs/desires in mind. He was also extremely helpful in finding me a realtor in another state which further enforces his ability to be well rounded.
