I fell for the google reviews. Was very disappointed. Very nice man, talks well but was of no help. In fact messed up a little bit in my case. Build up was promising but then it was surprising how an experienced person can do this. Google reviews are not always reliable. So pls watch out everyone
Felix Ramos has been such an attentive and compassionate clinician. He replies to communications almost immediately — he even did a refill for me on a Friday night at 8pm. He saw me on Christmas Eve morning for a virtual follow up because of a hospitalization. He shows concern for my situation and is responsive to my needs and requests. I deeply appreciate having him as a clinician and I hope he knows what a wonderful person he is.
