Dr. Felix Ramirez labrada is a great doctor. He is Caring , kind , attentive. He has a great team working for him . Everyone is great!
The front desk young ladies were helpful, very polite and made you feel welcome. I saw Jannette Valle APRN she was a sweet, caring, knowledgeable and listened to me. The lab tech, EKG tech and manager were all so pleasant. I recommend them to everyone.
Horrible customer care service, needed a Referal after they found a hernia, didn’t give me one, just brushed me out the office with some phone numbers for me to call, came back 2 weeks later for some follow ups on results, called me in and sent me right back out unto they checked my insurance knowing well I was just their 2 weeks a go, and I have excellent coverage PPO, yet wanted to charge me $50 again for a follow up visit. I ll never come back here again.
