I visited this establishment in order to do bloodwork prior to a surgery. The staff tried to make me do a variety of tests that I did not need, I refused because they were not required for my pre-op. I think they just wanted to charge me to take tests I did not need. The lady that did my bloodwork attempted 3 times before she had to call someone else to help her inject me. I’ve been coming to this office for my primary care since I was 22, and I truly cannot say enough positive things about the entire team. The staff is always incredibly kind, attentive, welcoming, and professional. I’ve consistently felt listened to and genuinely cared for, and I really appreciate how proactive they are when it comes to addressing concerns and making sure everything is followed through.
