The atención to a patient is absolutely great I really like that place 👍👍👍
Felix himself is a great doctor. However as the other review has stated the secretaries and front desk is not STRONG whatsoever. There has been separate occasions where the front desk has failed that I'm reconsidering to not return at all. My cough medicine the doctor prescribed was never sent to the pharmacy that I had to call teladoc to get another doctor to prescribe it to me. I also had paperwork for a CT scan that got denied for my insurance and the front desk told me they will call insurance to talk to them to override... read more
