Went in for my Annual Physical/wellness check and had the normal blood work performed etc. Blood sugar was lower then the last physical which was good. Annual physicals are covered at 100% by insurance plan. A month later I receive a bill for $280+. I immediately call to ask why and they inform me that this wasn't considered to be an annual physical because we discussed a prior "medical condition".
