Appointment had been made for 6 months, but we arrived and no one was there! Called for 3 weeks with no answer and no return calls! Don't feel the trust we once had for the practice, currently searching for a new pulmonologist.
Dr. Morris and his staff are amazing, i was diagnosed with stage 4 copd and he has been absolutely amazing. The staff has always been extremely nice and respectful.
I was first seen after waiting 3 hours. He sounded sincere. Nope ! Months later after my sleep studies , I have a cpap mask only given to me by Sleep Center. CANNOT GET AN ANSWER at his office. Was on hold for hours at a time. I'm getting my workup and in search of a new doctor as Dr. Morris apparently doesn't care about his practice anymore. Enough said. Would give 0 if I could. And I'm a critical care and trauma RN. Dr. Neglect should be his name. Call me furious.
