I love Dr. MORRIS, he takes the time to listen, seems to actually care about his patients, and seems to be well educated and experienced in his specialty. The problem is that his office staff seem to not be very efficient. I recieved confirmation for my appointment as well as text, and a phone call. When I arrived at my 12:45 appointment, no one was there, the office was closed until 1:00 for lunch, so I waited, not a big deal, the problem is that when they came back from lunch, I was informed that Dr. Morris was on vacation... read more

Felix Morris MD is one of those rare doctors who takes the time to actually listen to his patients. Yes, this does mean it often takes longer than the standard allotted patient appointment time. Never bothers me to sit in waiting room or exam room past my scheduled appointment time, because Dr Morris ALWAYS takes the time he needs to actually communicate with and assess each individual patient's status and talk with them about their current treatments and if those are working for each patient. Appointment had been made for 6 months, but we arrived and no one was there! Called for 3 weeks with no answer and no return calls! Don't feel the trust we once had for the practice, currently searching for a new pulmonologist.
