The customer service was very disappointing would not answer the phone only would communicate through text messaging the moment that I said that I was stranded and I was looking for some help and had a budget to work with he went ghost no longer communicated
Heed all of these one star warnings. Do not trust him. He says he’s a mobile mechanic, but if more serious work needs to be done to your car, he will “fix” it at his own leisure in front of his house. Don’t expect a quick turnaround and expect to pay way more than what you’re originally quoted. I am convinced he did more damage to my car than it had when I brought it in. We ended up just fixing it ourselves after getting jerked around for a month. Unprofessional and rude.
Felix came in a timely manner! Didn’t try to scam us of our money, told us exactly what was wrong with it, fixed the problem and had the best attitude! He is the BEST
