We recently sold our home using Felix Homes and had a fantastic experience. Tyler and Yira were very professional and on top of all the paperwork that was needed. They always took our calls and kept us in the loop whenever anything changed. We were able to sell our house quickly in a market that is saturated with homes. We also saved $5k by having the lower commission than the traditional 3%. I plan to use Felix Homes in the future and you should too.
