Felix is extremely knowledgeable in the home assessing and buying process. He also is very helpful in advising and educating new buyers. We saw a few houses before we settled on our final home, all along the way Felix has been a guiding hand taking us thru the entire process seamlessly. Would definitely recommend Felix and the services he provides.
