I was quoted for the replacement of one broken spring as I requested. When the technician arrived, he was extremely pushy, trying to get me to replace all 4 springs (3 that were not broken). I told him I was only interested in replacing the one broken spring. He responded by telling me one spring was not an option. He would either do all the springs or none.
