I had GEICO car insurance when I lived in New Orleans, LA (under Martha Robinson) and in 2005 Hurricane Katrina took my 2006 Chrysler 300 (only had it 6 months)! GEICO paid it off without any hesitation and provided a refund check from my GAP insurance. I have nothing but praise for GEICO. Very disappointed. Went to the office in person to pay my policy with a money order. A few days Iater I received an email from Geico saying that I did not pay and that my policy was cancelled. Went back in person at the office and they told me they sent the money order by mail. So, why they have an office for??? I thought at the moment I gave them the money order the premium will be paid immediately. To sent it by mail , Wow! I can do it myself. I really expect it to get a salesperson's response after I said I wanted to wait I didn't think I would hear from Natasha again. Ehe stuck it out every phone call. We just had to make sure some other things were in place and she made me feel like a #1 customer! Lizzie's follow-up call bought clarity to a few other questions. Way to go Geico 👏🏽
