Felipe Rocha and his team offer a level of service that is miles ahead of the competition. He is always responsive and helpful in answering my many questions about the different insurance products that he offers, even after being a customer for many years . He is 100% honest and doesn't need to pull the old "bait and switch" that many agencies use to pull in clients with promotional offers. I recommend him to family, friends, and clients. 10/10

Felipe and his team need to do a better job of responding to emails/phone calls. After a few years of their bad communication I have decided to go somewhere else. Felipe is a nice guy but I have found better service elsewhere.
