Long story shorts wasn't really listening very much insisting that there's one solution to something he was not interested in really seemingly listening what I'm saying either and then he was saying something else completely it's like just honestly confusing and just was not helpful as a provider I didn't feel heard at or seen at all I'm hopeful everyone else can have a better experience
