Do not expect his office team in Sullivan to do prior authorizations in a timely manner. Waited a week to fill a prescription. I called and of course got a call center somewhere else who told me someone from their office would call me back that day. That was at 10:30. Nothing from them all day. So I went down to their Sullivan office the next day. Now the girl up front was very nice and said someone would come out and talk to me. So finally this lady (I should have got her name) comes out.
