I followed Felipe’s suggestions when fixing up the house for sale. He was spot on and I received more than the asking price. He is the best realtor I could have found. He Follows through and keeps on schedule .
The best of the best. Highly skilled and knowledgeable about his industry and the ones that surrounds his. Felipe was helpful at every twist turn life could throw during the sale of my first home. Had vetted vendors for anything I needed. If you want ease of mind when trouble presents itself this who you need. The best hands down like a half past 6pm.
