They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. One thing I did enjoy was the waiting room chairs. They were comfortable and I didn't mind waiting in them for the appointment. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.
