Neurosurgery Le F. review for Feline Health
Neurosurgery Le F. on Birdeye

Dr Blair does not take a history from the owner herself relying on second hand information from her assistants. The intake interview with the assistants is conducted in the reception area without any privacy from the other owners. Dr. Blair does not allow the owners in the exam room either which could help alleviate the stress on the owner's cat. The first & only time she appears is AFTER the exam with the cat back in the carrier in the reception room. She discusses her findings Infront of all the other owners in the reception area. We questioned her diagnosis and she got flustered, hostile and said "go get a second opinion". Then she stomped off and we were advised by her staff that they were not authorized to sell us Revolution. When we protested saying Dr Blair was retaliating against the pet because the owner questioned her the assistants came back and sold it to us. Another RED FLAG, she has a bird on her right shoulder. Does this make sense in a Feline only clinic? Doesn't this increase the stress of the cat being examined?
