Felicitys Bridal was amazing when I was deciding on my wedding dress this time last year. Yoko was very kind, friendly, patient and took the time to help me try on six or so gowns. I knew that I wanted Grace by Grace Loves Lace, but Felicitys helped me try on a few similar styles just to make sure that Grace was the one for me. Yoko was amazing and made sure my dress was perfect for the big day. She approached every fitting with such care and attention to detail, and she made sure I had all the extra pieces and adjustments I needed so everything worked beautifully when it mattered most.
Pretty disappointed with my experience at Felicitys. Was greeted nicely but staff member didn’t tell me her name. When she asked what dresses I wanted to try and I told her, she made a point of saying they won’t fit me. Even though I included my sizes in the chart. She told me multiple times they didn’t carry dresses in my size and told me I was between a size 18/20 when another bridal shop said I am more like a 14. She didn’t make me feel comfortable. Felicity’s Bridal were amazing from our first visit! We never felt pushed to buy anything or rushed in our first appt 🤍 The team were amazing, I went in looking at a few potential dresses I like the look of but none of them were for me.
