She has been so understanding of my need to reschedule frequently and offers flexible appointment times. Felicity was rude and hung up on me as my husband is seeing her and she stressed she does not do couple counselling and when i called to see if she could do a one off couple appointment, she hung up. She works for many different companies and there are very mixed reviews. Very rude lady. Have never known a psychologist to not want to help a client make and come to their own decision making. Isn’t that what this is about! Empowering. Growing.
