Amazing portfolio of properties. And the company seems to be operated very well and efficiently.
I lived at the Julian for three years and loved it! The location is prime. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained. The office and management staff are always super helpful.
My family lived here for two years - a great location with safe secure parking. Neighbors were all so kind, and maintenance guys were always available to help with anything. Leasing office was always helpful and friendly, and the building stayed clean and peaceful. Workout room and rooftop area were so nice to have. My husband walked to work in the CBD, and it was an easy commute to get my kids to school Uptown. Nothing negative to say, we would live here again in a heartbeat!
Had an apartment at 1530 Felicity. Really enjoyed everything about it. Great apartment, great location, amazing management staff.
