Nena was amazing after I explain to her that my last nail appointment traumatize me from the gentleman over filing the sides of my nails cutting into me multiple times after I ask him to stop several times later, leaving my fingers to get infections on the corners of my fingers I asked her to file gently to avoid cutting me again. Amazing experience! I went in today for a manicure and pedicure, and everything was absolutely perfect. The service was excellent from beginning to end, and I felt very welcomed and comfortable the entire time. They took their time, paid attention to every detail, and made sure I was happy with everything. My nails came out great, and the pedicure was honestly one of the best I’ve had. I had an appointment with Cara and she was super sweet! This was my first time coming to Felicity nails and my first time meeting Cara and I absolutely loved how I was treated. I’m 100% coming back here! Everyone was super welcoming🩷

I have been looking for a new Nail Salon. Because other places I've been have been rude when I haven't wanted gel on my nails. I found Logan and Natalie at Felicity Nails and they were wonderful! So kind and accommodating. The location is clean, nice, and neat. So happy to find my new place! They also gave me a welcome gift of cuticle oil for being a new client.
