Went in asking questions and was met with hostility after I tried to hold them accountable. Nothing but deflection and lack of agency with their actions. If they disagree with you get ready to be met with hostility. I know parking tough but there is a right way of doing things and a wrong way. Sadly I was met with the wrong way from them.
