I am editing my earlier review since I was able to salvage the meat to match my intended menu and it was still good and of good quality. Also, Jim reached out quickly which I appreciated and was further proof that the service is good. Just make sure you specify if you want meat marinated or not when ordering skirt steak. You cannot find higher quality meat anywhere in the northwest suburbs. If they don't have exactly what you want, they will custom cut it for you. From meatloaf to marinated skirt steak to ready to cook fajitas and kebobs to their custom burgers with a bit of brisket and short rib added to the sirloin, Felicia's sets the bar! Great staff too! A+ all around!
