Very poor customer service from one of the new owners. I tried for months to get his assistance to set up an online account to pay my bill, with no results. I made phone call after phone call, left voice mails and text messages. I was trying to give them money! The other partner did try to help but was unable to. I finally just gave up and decided to move my stuff out of the unit. Great business. Very clean and well kept. Also new manager was very helpful, available, and flexible when moving me into a new unit. Also, they have the lowest prices in town, guaranteed! Just call and ask. Can't beat it.
