A wonderful Realitor! She was amazing, nice and became like family. She was amazing to detail. We met her 3 1/2 weeks and settled into our new home today. Anytime we sent any questions or paperwork via e-mail it was done fast and right. She was always honest with us about a home if anything was to high priced. She would always talk to the other Realtors of the potential sellers. She was with us every step of the way! Could not ask for a better Realtor! I've had the pleasure of helping Felicia with her clients as a home inspector. Tell ya what...she is TOP NOTCH as an agent! Most of the homes I've inspected for her clients have been in good condition. However, I did have some bad news on a couple of homes and she ABSOLUTELY WENT TO BAT for her clients!
