Dr Lacksen is always very attentive, good listener. Yesterday She listened to my “issue,” looked at the issue and was able to make suggestions as what might have caused it. She was able to share what it wasn’t and why. She is very knowledgeable and although I don’t see her very often (thank goodness was!) she is always very helpful.
Dr Lacksen has been my doctor for a long time. She always listens and never seems rushed. She is respectful, friendly, and kind. She expects that I will be a partner in achieving my health outcomes and does not rush to treat with meds unless that is what is immediately needed.
Dr. Lacksen is an awesome family physician! She takes time to clearly explain medical terms where you understand what's going on with your body. She always responds in a timely manner to messages sent in MyChart. My family loves her attention to detail and her caring and professional services. She's the best!
