All the time arguing with her. Even i feel like she does not have enough knowledge. So frustrating and feel change my PCP all the time.

I lost my wallet before my appointment and called them to ask if I could be seen without my ID and credit/debit cards. I was told that all my info is in the system and I'd be able to show up without my wallet to the appointment. I showed up today and was refused service because I didn't have my ID and cards. I explained that I was told on the phone that it would be fine and the staff working there treated me like an inconvenience. Feel fortunate to have been assigned Dr. Tran as my primary physician. From day 1 Dr. Tran has been so helpful and resourceful. She explains things clearly so that I can take informed decisions. She listened attentively to my concerns and provided personalized treatments that will yield positive results.

I like Dr. Tran, although it took awhile to be seen she did take time to assess my needs as well as talk about how I’m feeling. She has been helpful in my recovery and I would recommend her to friends and family. Her assistant Brenda is nice as well, very passionate individual who cares about the patients needs.
