Haven't gone through surgery with her yet, BUT, so far our one-visit was enough to trust and love the clinic! 19 years old, I'm trying to be independent with my health, and Dr. Johnson and the entire office staff were nothing but nice and patient with me, both in person and over the phone.
Dr. Johnson was very compassionate and patient with my elderly mother. She happily repeated until my Mom understood what she was saying and what her condition meant.
Dr. Jared Spencer now of Fayetteville, Arkansas at Ozark Facial Plastic and Aesthetics did a horrible job on my face lift. There is no excuse with the education and the amount he charges per procedure for this. I hope this helps someone.
I had my septi-rhinoplasty surgery done in June of 2019. I now have what is called an open dorsal deformity which has also caused my nose to be square/flat on the bridge of my nose. It looks horrible. Dr. Spencer did things that we did not speak about in the consultation prior to my surgery which led to the tip of my nose being turned up like a pig nose, along with the tip being way too thick with cartilage. I’ve been going to Dr Spencer for 2 years for Jeuve and I will never go anywhere else. From his bedside manner to his work he is the absolute best.
Waited over a hour and had to leave to go back to work. Nobody stopped in the room to mention the doctor is running over a hour behind nor was it’s mentioned at check in. Staff was nice at check in but was kind of surprised by lack of customer service once in the room. I understand people get behind and things come up in the field but simply telling your customer would go a long ways as many of them have a schedule to keep also
Excellent explanations; meticulous perfectionist in procedures; incredibly helpful follow-through; most polite and kind physician ever...staff is welcoming, professional, and helpful.
