Knowledgeable and Professional . This was my first sale of a home. It was a very old home which I had renovated. Felicia did an excellent job appraising it for the selling price and giving me pointers on getting the final sale done. When situations arose, she resolved them in a timely manner. When working with Felicia, I was impressed by both her knowledge and professionalism. She gave great advice but ultimately left all decisions up to me. She went above and beyond in all situations.
