Felicia was wonderful in helping us through the process of looking for a new house and eventually the building process. She helped us narrow down what style we liked and what builder best fit our needs. She attended all the meetings with us and kept notes of questions we had to make sure everything was answered or followed up on. Knowledgeable and Professional . This was my first sale of a home. It was a very old home which I had renovated. Felicia did an excellent job appraising it for the selling price and giving me pointers on getting the final sale done. When situations arose, she resolved them in a timely manner. When working with Felicia, I was impressed by both her knowledge and professionalism. She gave great advice but ultimately left all decisions up to me. She went above and beyond in all situations. I recommend her 100%
