A negative for your customer service is deserved to be honest. They closed the store early with no notice or change on the website and hung up in my face when I asked a question. Disgraceful and no decorum, and I would not recommend.
All the negative reviews about this place are TRUE. I paid different prices 3 times for the same style, same hair. The price kept going up each time. They literally add on charges as they braid. Also, they were very harsh and pulled on my hair. Take several Tylenols before they touch your hair. Overall unfriendly, dirty and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
I been going for like 7 years...it's the only place I go to. She will call in help if she sees it gets busy so you dont have to wait. [ No other place will do that trust me ]. I love her shop and I tell everyone to go there! I got crochet
