I contacted Felice Decks about a replacement deck for my current old deck. I corresponded with Emily who at first was courteous, responsive and helpful. They provided a quote using pictures only, without coming out to the house. The quote given left us with questions which I relayed back to them and received a response back from them saying: "I certainly appreciate your questions as we believe in strong communication with our customers. Jason and his crew are true professionals at their craft. He explained everything very carefully so that we got the deck we invisioned We were very happy with the outcome of our deck. Jason's eye for details was just amazing. I would definitely recommend Felice Decks .In my opinion they are the best around.
