I started seeing Dr. Felgner in February of 2016. Dr. Felgner replaced my previous physician, Dr. Pink Folmar, at the Med Help on Lakeshore. Dr. Felgner was actually very interested in me and my health. I had not expected this. I understand the value of good health care and good doctors. Dr. Felgner is a technically proficient physician with excellent diagnostic skills. I haven't presented with anything challenging yet but I am sure he would nail it.
