We had a gas control valve replaced on our furnace. Colby diagnosed the problem and ordered the replacement part. He then installed the new valve and checked the entire system to make sure that everything was working properly. A few days later we received a follow up call from FelgerHart to make sure everything was working properly. We appreciate the care and concern shown by the entire team at FelgerHart.
Our technician that came out to inspect our barn floor heat system was honest & even talked to me about mistakes that were made during the initial installation. I called them because I had a clogged sink, toilet & my shower water was going down really slow. A technician came out in an hour and fixed everything up for me and my total came out to be around $300 something. After he left on the weekends I started noticing a leak from the closet by the bathroom so I called them back to come back out and check it out to see if it could possibly be his mistake.
