I had them come out twice and the 2nd time they said a clog was in my main sewer line.. I was told I needed to have an excavator come and dig up the pipe and he came he dug and absolutely zero clog.. I had another plumber come out and they ran a camera, got in my crawl space and it was just a simple thing where they needed to jet the toilet that was it. So an $800-$900 problem turned into $4,000. I gave two stars because the guys that came out were nice

We just returned from Spring Break and walked in our front door to feel the house cold and our furnace making a horrible grinding sound with a bad vibration.
