I had a great experience with Chad McCall from FH. I had some condensation building up on a duct in my basement ceiling, leading to water damage on my ceiling. Chad came out and was insanely knowledgeable. He knew a ton about my Trane unit and was quick to diagnose the problem - my blower was set too low. Over the last several years I have become a huge fan of Felger Hart Inc. Pat and Colby installed a new furnace in a house I was selling, both were extremely professional and kept us informed about the install. Had issues with our split system shutting off randomly every 1-2 days. They came out while I was at work and diagnosed and said it was a thermistor that needed replaced, total cost would be $250-$350 and they needed to order the part. Part arrived on a Monday and they came out and replaced it during the afternoon. A few hours later the system can’t run for more than a couple hours before faulting out (worse than before).
