I had a great experience with Chad McCall from FH. I had some condensation building up on a duct in my basement ceiling, leading to water damage on my ceiling. Chad came out and was insanely knowledgeable. He knew a ton about my Trane unit and was quick to diagnose the problem - my blower was set too low.
