The office is always clean and welcoming, and the staff are consistently kind and professional. Felecia Smith, APRN-CNP, is incredibly friendly, compassionate, and completely nonjudgmental. She took the time to listen to all of my questions and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I always felt heard, respected, and comfortable discussing sensitive topics without fear of judgment. I trust her with my care and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate provider.
Very pleased with my first visit. I felt very comfortable putting my self in their hands.
Pill pusher pretty much like any other doctor. Thinks when someone is asked “do you have depression and anxiety” and they respond with “ not really “ that they need to be prescribed a medication for MAJOR depressive disorder. I’m sure if her child came in saying the same thing the advice would be much different. Also fully downplayed the very serious side effects risks without even going through them when asked. Would not trust this lady as my doctor.
