I find Feldman's hard to love. Always willing to go out of my way to support local, I've come back numerous times to give it another try. Whether it's the poor on-line ordering system that results in your order being unceremoniously canceled because they were out of a particular type of bagel (despite putting in alternatives in your order in case that happens), customer service that could really use improving across the board, surprisingly high prices, consistent lack of the baked goods they advertise to be on offer, or medi... read more
They never have any bagels to the point where we have to drive to the Pine St location. Also they charged one of my family members full price for an “day old” bagel it was hard as a rock
I arrived in Feldmans Bagel in Shelburne Road at 8 AM on Saturday, October 28. They’ve always had kind of iffy hours but to my surprise they were closed. Their website says they open at 6:30. Google says they open at seven and the door says they open at seven it is no major holiday, or excuse to be closed, I’m very disappointed and will not be returning
The bagels were good, and the service was slow. I can't blame the one-woman show. She did it all by herself on a busy Saturday. Seemed like some people left after having to wait in line- I actually felt a little bad. I would recommend another staff person (at least on a weekend morning).
