Dishonest pricing, poor communication, and unprofessional conduct. I contacted Feldman Electrical LLC to check on two non-working outlets. When I first called, I specifically asked about any fees just for checking and what the labor might cost. I was told someone would come take a look and that I’d only pay for the work — there was no mention of a $175 “checking” fee.
