Great customer service
Another great experience at Feldman! Got my oil changed and had a few other items looked at. Every person I ran into greeted me with a smile which indicates they like their job and Feldman treats them right! My tech Monique was awesome to work with! I look forward to my next visit!
If I didn't have to take my vehicle there I wouldn't. I need repairs done on my vehicle, a vehicle i just so happened to purchase from their lot. In the many many years of me taking my car for repairs I've NEVER been able to secure a lender vehicle while mine sits in the shop. Leaving me stranded, it's always a no. No effort to help. The last two times I went in the service shop was a complete insult to my intelligence and still have repairs I need to my vehicle that were deemed to work, when the functions still do not work.... read more
I have been a loyal Feldman customer for years and even purchased my vehicle from this dealership, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I scheduled my service appointment for 7:00 AM because I needed to be at work by 8:30 AM. When I arrived, I requested a tire balance and alignment. Instead of addressing those concerns, I was made to feel like I needed a diagnostic inspection first. I ended up spending $190 and waiting for over 2.5 hours, only to be told that I need new tires.
