Lady was mean and looked like this. Rudest person I’ve ever met.
AVOID this place. Service department is always a joke. You can tell them what's wrong from them to "look at it" and tell you there's nothing wrong. Only for you to be correct when it actually breaks down. Dealing with anyone there as a woman is a joke. It's a boys club and they treat you like you couldn't know what you're talking about. I've brought my jeep in for belts on the tire breaking idk how many times at this point. Most recently I brought my Dodge in for a recall. Amberlee was fantastic in getting my appointment scheduled and explaining things clearly. There is a a nice waiting area with comfortable chairs. Have had several good experiences here, much better service department than Golling.
