I contacted Feldman in November, because they are handling a debt for NASA FCU. I made an offer at that time. However, Feldman & Associates refuses to submit my offer for review. The senior legal assistant Kevin Boyer has been dismissive and condescending. It has been over four weeks and there has been no response from Feldman concerning the status of my offer. As a result, I will loose my home to foreclosure.
