We had good experience with Dana, Aeron & Neil. Recently, one of our AC unit was replaced with new unit during holiday season. Management is proactively evaluating HVAC units for replacements rather than continuously repairing. Facility is located at a great location for our business.
I’ve worked with the Felder property group for almost 10 years. I have found the owner & the management group to be friendly, professional, and always deliver on their promise for all three separate properties leased during this timeline. Reasonable, fair, and reliable means a lot to me when investing in these long-term relationships. Whether it’s your first venture into commercial leasing or one of many, I would highly recommend the Felder property group.
Worst people to work with. They would take days just to reply to an email. I would have to call them more than one time just to get an answer, and at times they wouldn't even answer the phone after calling them more than 5 times in one day. And I am not the only person this was done to, as I have a friend who had previously tried to lease with them as well, about 3 months ago specifically, and same issues. They are so unprofessional.
