I graduated from the Feldenkrais training and was guild certified in 2000. I was so grateful to connect with David Rowland when I recently moved to Mt Pleasant. Over the past two years I have attended his Awareness through Movement classes and received private Functional Integration lessons. David offered to help me after a knee surgery where I experienced a lot more pain than I was expecting. He was warm, comforting, and affirming in our private sessions, which is of itself a healing quality. David is worth seeing for the psychological comfort he provides, alone. But additionally, he is also an absolute expert at what he does, and his methods were effective in treating my pain.
