I deleted my review because I wanted to add names to it now that I know them. Keith is a terrible person who treated me with such disrespect, he cussed at me, yelled at me in front of my grandson who was only like 2 weeks old and my 13 year old daughter. He was evening flipping out on me while I was on the phone with my husband. He refused to listen to me on what was wrong as we had an hvac person out our house before we went thru the home warranty. He told me nothing was wrong with my AC. He wouldn't even go inside my home ... read more
