Nicole McNair did an awesome job and went above and beyond her means to do her job. She is very smart and knows all the ins and outs of her profession. If I ever need any insurance coverage in the future, I will definitely be calling on her before anyone else. Sorry I couldn't move over for coverage, but I found a better price somewhere else. I have had horrible experience with Allstate involving a claim. Their employees have no clue as to what each one tells the customer they just want them to get them off of the phone. I have had numerous bad conversations with Allstate employees within the past couple of weeks. It was until I spoke with John Jasberg who finally shown professionalism and has tried to help with this situation. He is a real asset to Allstate.
Laure Felds team was very friendly and professional. Communication was excellent. Had been shopping around for several years. I have already referred her services to some of my friends.
Everything was explained for my vehicle insurance and home insurance and the Young man went through everything and explained everything
