I find it hard to believe that no one i’ve spoken to can waive a $25 fee from my account when you’re going to lose me as a customer for life a result of it. completely unacceptable in my opinion and allstate needs to fix their system. highway robbery for no reason. corporate greed

I called to get a quote for auto and home insurance, spoke with Nicki M, she quoted us and thoroughly explained everything. We went in the office and met with Josh and paid for our policies. Marie called today and we went over the policies and if we had any questions. We did not and we are very pleased with the service.
