I was really looking forward to my appointment tomorrow and just got a notice today that all appointments are cancelled through the month of September. I scheduled my appointment weeks ago and really wish they didn’t just cancel when I would’ve moved it up or have been flexible. Also it would have been nice to receive a phone call with why they are canceling and not just an email stating it’s canceled. Had the best facial here!! First off, Brittany is so knowledgeable about what my skin needed and what best to do and use during the facial. The atmosphere/room was so calming and I’m a now a hydrafacial lover. I couldn’t recommend her and Feis Aethetics enough.
Brittany is wonderful! I've had two hydrafacials with her and enjoyed both times. I also appreciate her advice/thoughtfulness when it comes to products. Excited to go back again soon!
I’ve done the ‘tour De hydrafacials’ throughout the DMV to find the best, most relaxing experience when it comes to a facial/spa. BRITTANY IS IT! Go see her!!!
