I took my trailblazer in to have them fix my fuel pump.they messed me around.they took 6 days to fix a fuel pump that should have taken 3 hours to fix.then they never replaced the fuel pump and replaced the fuel filter and charged me for both.2 weeks later my trailblazer broke down and left me on the side of the road again for the same problem.they came and picked up the trailblazer and finally put a new fuel pump in it.this is the worst mechanic shop I have ever seen in my life.i would never recommend anyone to take their v... read more
I think they are more about making $ now then customer service. I have had numerous vehicles worked on there now. I have 4 but have taken my daughters there as well. That makes 5. I will be going elsewhere. Tried to keep my business local. Oh well.
After needing two untimely and major repairs over the course of a year, I can say that Feinauer gets the job done quickly and more importantly they get it done right the first try. Prices are fair and service desk helpful.
