Great customer service.
Friendly and capable staff
Friendly Staff, I did have an awesome experience there. Staff helped me, with knives, equipment. They were very helpful and warm hearted.
I walk in right after 8am when they open. CURTIS stands up, smiles, and says hello, how can I help you. This guy was up for the challenge to help me with my project first thing in the morning. He showed me every option I had and was a wealth of knowledge. Extremely friendly and excited to help. I walked out with multiple options to get my project done and a majority of the supplies I needed. They have a great selection. If you have questions and need help ask for CURTIS.
Always great to work with, the staff at Fein Brothers are experts when it comes to all things foodservice equipment & supplies. We can't recommend them enough!
