I am trying to use the Manage my health app , and its not working correctly, I wish to get a repeated prescription and getting no where on this app, previously before the hack happened no issue at all, when will this App be up and running correctly? The two stars is for the App not the doctors surgery or staff.
I did not manage to obtain the receptionist’s name; however, she was a fair-skinned lady with blonde hair, thin eyebrows, and her hair slicked back in a bun. You ring them for an urgent repeat prescription and they don't send it to the pharmacy for 3 days. You have to physically go in and talk to them at the pharmacy to get anything done. What's the point of even calling for a repeat prescription. Im sick of it. Every single time no matter the pharmacy
This is not my normal doctor but I went twice with my baby for the after hour clinic. The staff were lovely and fit us in.
